Happy Birthday to Matilda who turned 11 today with an awesome birthday party with Coastrider. Plenty of fun beach games and lots of great waves for all the girls. East Coast Camp
It was an awesome surf trip to the East Coast on a recent Friends school camp. The students had a ball, and showed plenty of new found surfing skills by the end of their school camp. If your school would like the same experience contact Coastrider for more details.
Easter Surfgroms 3 Day program
To view and book our Easter, 2013 SURFGROM program please click HERE. This will take you through to our SURFGROMS page where you will find the dates,times and for the 3 day Program. All registrations are done online, at which time a confirmation email will be sent to you and if you are a first time Surfgrom your Surf pack will also be sent out. Get into Surfing Now
Now is the perfect time to get into surfing or get some extra lessons as the water and weather is at it’s warmest right now. The water is a balmy 19 degress and the weather is still so good with March generally regarded as the best month for surf in Tasmania. Coastrider is open for Group lessons, private lessons and of course Surfgroms programs until the end of April. During the winter months we offer private surf lessons on demand.
All you have to do is decide on a surf lesson package and contact us for lessons times. Surf lessons for adults/teenagers/groms are run everyday weekend usually at Clifton Beach. Times vary due to tide and surf conditions.

Sisters beach surfing
What an awesome spot for surf lessons such nice long gentle waves and beautiful beach. Get along to our Sisters beach surf lesson on FEB 2, 2013 and have stacks of fun surfing with us. The lesson is for beginners to intermediate and includes all equipment and a 2 hour lesson. Lesson starts at 8:30 am, a great way to start the day. Contact Jono on 0419324921 to book your spot.
